Note: The Steering Committee has suspended its operations, having accomplished a good deal, the main issue facing end users is finding qualified operators. We reached out to the Tech Colleges in the area and found a number of students interested in the Industrial Refrigeration field, several students were hired and are working in our industry today. The chapter will reach out to the Tech Colleges periodically to make their students aware the industry exist.
